The Academy of Engineering Sciences, Singapore (AESS) officially opens the 2026 Fellowship Nomination Cycle. AESS Fellowship (FAESS) recognises outstanding scholars and industry leaders with exceptional and sustained achievements in engineering sciences, technological innovation and engineering practice.
In compliance with Singapore and Commonwealth academic conventions, self-nomination is not allowed. Eligible nominators include full/emeritus professors from accredited tertiary institutions and qualified professional research or industrial technology organisations. All organisational nominations require official authorisation by senior management.
Nominees of all nationalities from academia, research institutions and technology industries are welcome. All nomination documents shall be compiled and formally submitted to the Academy exclusively by qualified nominators through the official AESS online portal in English with complete particulars.
Submissions must be completed and submitted within the prescribed period; late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted. All nominations will undergo strict confidential peer review by the AESS Selection Committee.
